Any person or company (the 'Client') using the services provided by Wynne Media agrees to the following terms and conditions as below. intellectual propertyIt is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that any images or copy supplied to Wynne Media by the Client for use in its designs, or any final design supplied by Wynne Media used in the name of the Client, will not incur any infringement of copyright. Refunds will not be made in cases of such copyright infringement. Wynne Media reserves the right to publish or reproduce any of its designs, include its name on design work and add a link to this website on any websites designed, for promotional purposes. paymentBefore commencement of work, the Client must send an email approving the Brief supplied and 50% of the fee stated, which is a non-refundable deposit. After design work has been completed and approved by the Client by email, Wynne Media will send an invoice for the outstanding payment and any other costs incurred during the design process, which must be paid by the Client within 30 days of the invoice date. For websites designed by Wynne Media, the outstanding payment and the full Annual Management Fee must be paid before the website goes live. If the Client decides they no longer want the website, as they have commissioned the work and paid a deposit they are still obliged to pay for the work that has been done. Non payment will result in legal action being taken if necessary. Wynne Media reserves the right to withhold delivery and supply of design work including websites if full payment has not been received within 30 days of the invoice date. design processClients may request any number of revisions providing they give clear and concise feedback, that the time required to make the changes is acceptable to Wynne Media. If the design no longer meets the brief due to amends made by the Client, Wynne Media reserves the right to submit a new brief and cost to the Client for their re-approval, before further work is undertaken. The design process will end once the Client has approved the final design by email. Once approved, full payment is required. Wynne Media will then send all required files to the Client for their use in full or in part and ownership and copyright is automatically transferred to the Client. All liabilities for errors, changes, or alterations become the responsibility of the Client, once a design has been approved. Post-approval alterations can be made and charged for at a rate of £25 per hour (minimum 1 hour). The client will be sent an invoice via email when the work is completed. If there has not been any communication or information required from the Client in order to progress the job briefed within 30 days, Wynne Media will send an invoice for work undertaken. Wynne Media will not be held responsible for any deadlines missed or liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the Client's lack of payment or lack of required communication or information required to progress the job. websitesOn the date of the website going live, the ownership and copyright of the final website and of the domain name/s acquired are automatically transferred to the client. All websites designed must be hosted by Wynne Media for a minimum of one year. The client will be invoiced for the following year's Annual Management Fee a minimum of 30 days before the expiry date. The Client must pay this Fee in full on an annual basis for their website to continue to be hosted and managed by Wynne Media. Wynne Media reserve the right to remove a website from the internet if the Annual Management Fee has not been paid. Wynne Media cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred by the Client due to their website being removed from the internet due to their lack of payment, or due to their website being unavailable, slow or any other technical issues or errors which may occur due to the Hosting Provider. Whilst every endeavour will be made to ensure that the website and scripts are free of errors, Wynne Media cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to error or malfunction. The Annual Management Fee includes payment for website hosting, one domain name renewal, an agreed number of hours of website updates and other features Wynne Media decides to include at its absolute discretion. The website update hours may only be used for work on the Client's website and expire after one year from the date the website went live. Any work on the Client's website exceeding the number of hours agreed will be charged at an hourly rate of £25, with a minimum charge of one hour. Wynne Media must be given a minimum of 30 days' notice if the Client wishes to move the hosting of their website to another company. Annual Management Fees are non refundable. In the event that Wynne Media receives notification from the Client of a hosting move, Wynne Media will continue to host the site until the Client has completed the transfer, unless requested otherwise in writing by the Client, at a daily rate of £5 for each day the site is hosted after the expiry date of the Annual Management Fee. Any costs, errors or downtime incurred during the transfer of the website or domain name to another company are the responsibility of the Client. Wynne Media reserve the right to refuse to handle in any way, material which may be deemed offensive, illegal or in any way controversial, and also to terminate the hosting service should the necessity arise. domain namesDomain names managed by Wynne Media will automatically be renewed and an invoice sent to the Client if required. If the Client no longer wishes to keep a domain name then it is their responsibility to notify Wynne Media by email. Domain names purchased by the Client are the responsibility of the Client to renew. your privacyWynne Media do not share or sell any Clients' details with third party companies and will only email or contact Clients about work related matters. Wynne Media is not responsible for the Privacy practices of other websites that this website may link to. This website does not use cookies. complaints procedureAnyone who experiences a problem with a service provided by Wynne Media should raise the matter directly giving sufficient information about the material and clearly outlining the grounds for complaint. Wynne Media will investigate the material in question with a view to resolving the matter to the satisfaction of the complainant.
